            CNY Winter Meeting @ Solvay in January will include mid term legislative                                           update with legislators present

            Why county & sectional (As in CNYFA) Associations are important:

                        example: 2 of last 3 amendments to the Low Cost Loan program                                  were initiated by CNYFA

            Future plans - Officially make plans for expanding membership to include                                           EMS and Fire Corps.

EMS report - At least one area paid ambulance service went out of business leaving some communities without ambulance service
