The Liverpool Fire Department wishes to send our deepest condolences to the the New York State Police Department, the Davis Family, and all of the the North Country Law Enforcement and First Responders in the wake of the the death of Trooper Joel Davis. As public servants to our communities we stand together and embrace one another in the wake of this horrible tragedy. On Tuesday morning the Liverpool Fire Department along with many other fire and police agencies across the county lined the overpasses of I 81 to pay a tribute to the fallen hero. We stand with our law enforcement comrades in their time of grief and loss. Please keep all of our law enforcement officers in your thoughts and prayers as they perform a very selfless and dangerous job.
