At 1440 hours the North Syracuse Fire Department was alerted to a house fire with a possible occupant still inside. Driving through the area, Car 2(D/C Ormsby) was first to arrive, transmitting the working fire, and made entry trying to locate the occupant. Due to fire conditions, entry was limited. NSFD Engine 4 arrived stretching the attack line and getting water to the fire. As searches continued a victim was located in the fire room and removed. The victim was pronounced on the scene. On the working fire signal, Truck 2(FF Pernice) was relocated to NSFD Station 1 for a coverage move up. The truck was on stand by for 2 hours with 0 runs. Photo was taking from the scene of the fire.
