Effective 12:01am, Saturday, February 11th, 2017, you will need to dial the area code for every call. For emergencies, simply dial 911 - there won't be any change to the 911 operations. This also applies to other N11 numbers such as 411 & 811.

For reference, the new area code is 680. Those that currently have a 315 area code won't be issued a new number (unless requested).
