Around 22:30 last night, Liverpool was dispatched to a MVC on Seventh North St. Car 3 (D/C Manley) marked enroute and was advised by fire control it was a DOT Plow rolled over with the driver trapped in the vehicle. Car 3 arrived and confirmed he had a fully loaded plow on its side with the driver still inside. Engine 2 (Capt. Warren) arrived and used a ground ladder to get up on top of the cab and assist the driver of the vehicle with AMR. Rescue 1 (LT. Buschbasher) and Engine 3 (Capt. Liguigli) arrived and assisted with hazards and mitigating fluids leaking. Units were clean and back in service within the hour.
