April not only brings warmer weather and longer days, but it also brings the statewide Recruit NY campaign. During this campaign we open our doors for potential new members to view the firehouses, apparatus, & equipment, and learn more about what we do and how you can help! FASNY (Firefighters Association of New York) has dubbed April an active recruitment month and we are proud to participate in their Recruit NY campaign.

On Saturday April 29th, from 0900 to 1200 The Liverpool Fire Department will be hosting an open house at our Station 1 located at 1110 Oswego St in the Village of Liverpool. During that time we will have car fire demonstrations, apparatus tours, station tours, and plenty of members on hand to answer questions.

On Sunday April 30th, from 0900 to 1200 the Liverpool Fire Department will be hosting open houses at Station 1 & 2. Station 3 will be down at the Willow Bay area of Long Branch Park. The doors to the station will be open for potential interested members to come in and see what we are all about. We will have plenty of members on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Station 1: 1110 Oswego St, Liverpool, NY 13088

Station 2: 1029 7th North St, Liverpool, NY 13088

The Liverpool Fire Department has an ever expanding fire district that we currently serve. With every year that passes we grow in call volume. With that growth in call volume there is an ever expanding increase in the need for volunteers. Please consider coming down to see what we are all about. Is there fire in you?
